Today as part of Health and Well-being week, we all partipated in 'Walking Wednesday', the children enjoyed getting outdoors for a cold but enjoyable walk. In their classrooms they also talked about the many benefits of moving every day. They discussed how walking, running and staying active help keep our bodies strong and healthy, while also supporting our minds by boosting our mood, helping us relax and improving our focus. πΏπ§
Walking daily has so many benefits; it gives us fresh air, energy and time to clear our heads. And best of all, it helps us socially too, as we chat, laugh and spend time with our buddies and friends along the way! π¬π«
