Primary 3 had a fantastic trip to Speedwell at Parkanaur Forest on Wednesday. We were very lucky that the weather lasted out till the very end of the day, whenever we were on our way home on the bus.
We played some games with our friends from Killyhommon PS and Derrygonnelly PS. We ate our snack together. We worked in groups to complete a number trail around the forest. We had to read the map carefully to find each number station. We had to look after our equipment. We followed the instructions to measure and count. We wrote the answers on our answer page on the clipboard. After a busy morning/afternoon, we enjoyed lunch together before getting the bus back to school.
