To celebrate Maths Week Ireland, P6/7 were mixed into different groups and had 8 puzzles/riddles stuck around the room to solve. They were given a few minutes at each problem and then rotated around the room when their time was up. Everyone worked so well in their group to become problem solvers. Lots of mathematical language and discussions went on all day.
