Not ones for missing an opportunity to eat pancakes, the School Council lead by Mrs McAloon decided this year to arrange Pancake Day on a Thursday due to the school being closed half day on Tuesday. The staff in the school kindly made pancakes and brought in a range of toppings for the children to enjoy :)
