Our Primary 5, 6 and 7 children have been getting into the festive spirit this week as they came together to enjoy making Christmas crafts and soaking up the excitement of the build-up to Christmas 🎄✨.
The festive fun didn’t stop there! The children also enjoyed developing their culinary skills by baking delicious shortbread. Measuring, mixing and cutting the mix using festive shaped cutters, they worked carefully together and loved tasting the results of their hard work, a wonderful way to learn new skills while enjoying some seasonal treats 🧑🍳🍪🎄.
It was especially lovely to see all of our P6 pupils learning together, as Mrs McAloon’s P6 children proudly showed Mrs Scollan’s P6 class what they had learned during a live lesson. Using Just2Easy, they demonstrated how to create a fantastic digital Christmas card, great teamwork, sharing skills and spreading plenty of Christmas cheer 🎅💻🎨
