P5/6 - "Best Day Ever!!" 😊🙃

What an amazing week of learning in P5/6! 🌟🎉📚
We had lots of fun exploring symmetry, identifying lines of symmetry and creating colourful symmetrical patterns and shapes.
The class also investigated the different nets of cubes, discovering how 2D shapes can fold together to make 3D objects 🔷📦
There was great excitement as the children learned how to play a variety of card games including Go Fish, Old Maid and the classic Snap 🃏♠️♥️♦️♣️ Safe to say the children absolutely loved it, with many saying it was “the best day EVER!” 🤩🙌🎊
Competition levels also reached new heights during our ICT sessions as pupils battled it out in Mathletics playoffs against one another 💻🏆🔥
Overall, it has been a fun, productive and engaging week full of learning, teamwork and plenty of smiles! 😊🌈⭐ #LearningThroughPlay #MathsFun #Teamwork #ICTSkills #BusyWeek #P56Life
