We have now elected our new School Eco Council. There was a poster competition to choose our new members and below are some of the wining posters. The Council will meet regularly to discuss their views and ways to make our school a cleaner, greener and more eco-friendly place. They will then share feedback with their classmates. It gives the children a voice and allows them to take part in important decisions about making our school more eco-friendly . They will be encouraging recycling, saving energy, planting flowers and vegetables in our polytunnel and learning how their actions can make a difference and help them develop a strong sense of responsibility for the world we live in.
