As part of our School Councils 'Healthy Habits and Wonderful Well- Being' initiative, we had a 'Mindfulness Monday'.
We did breathing exercises and talked about different emotions we might feel at different times, we finished the day with some mindfulness activities and we listened to music.
We cannot wait next week for 'Talking Tuesday'.
