Over the next five weeks, commencing on 23rd January, the School Council will be leading a Whole Body Health Focus and Discussion across the school. Each week will highlight a different theme:
Monday 15th – Mindfulness Monday🧠

Wednesday 30th – Wellness Wednesday🥗
Thursday 7th February – Thinking Thursday💭
Friday 22nd February –Fruity Fitness Friday🏃♀️🤸♂️
