We had another fun filled week in Primary 2. We started each morning working on our phonics for the week. We also tried to come up with words that rhymed with rug, hot and dig, and had a go at creating our very own snake patterns which was lots of fun. We finished the morning with reading. For Numeracy this week we created a human number line up to 20 and had a go a subtracting within 20. For Literacy this week we enjoyed sharing and writing about our weekend news. We read the book Winnie the Witch and had a go a sequencing the story and wrote a sentence for each. We also had a look at what makes a good sentence. Miss Brosnan wrote sentences for us to correct to ensure they included a capital letter and full stop. In P.E this week we had fun working on our throwing and catching we had a lot of fun!!
