🎬📚🌏 World Book Day Fun 🌏📚🎬

 

We had a fun-packed day celebrating World Book Day on Thursday! The children enjoyed a Book Quiz, working together in teams and answering questions on topics such as characters, authors and famous stories. 📖🧠

 

The children also took part in our ‘Guess the Adult & Book’ game, where they had to listen carefully to a masked adult reading and try to guess who it was and which book they were reading from! Lots of laughs and great guessing all round! 🎭📚

 

We would like to say a big thank you to Ms McElhone for visiting our school and judging each year group’s fantastic vegetable character creations.The effort and creativity on display were amazing! 🥕🎨

 

We rounded off the day by relaxing with a movie🎬 in our classrooms 😊the perfect end to a brilliant day celebrating books and stories!
